Kuwaitization

Spending the day tomorrow talking to a few key stakeholders about the prices of localizing the Kuwaiti labor force. Interested to see the different experiences of different gulf states. So far Kuwait strikes me as much more authentic and real (and Arab) than Qatar. I actually heard taxi drivers speaking Arabic, which has never happened to me in Qatar. Although the workforce in Kuwait is 80% foreign, Qatar is at 95%.
